Power steering removal.....need help...
OK, I have searched some previous posts about removing power steering, but most of all the posts I found were about B-series engines. I think I am grasping the idea, but is removing the PS any different on a D-series than a B-series? What are the differences between racks? Are the concepts the same?

Do I have this straight? I want to remove the pump, and loop the two holes with half the fluid in the rack, then T into the loop and hook up a breather for some air to get in? Has anyone done this on a D16Y8?
Any help appreciated.

Re: Power steering removal.....need help... (96 SOHC VTEC)
Do you plan on removing the lines as well?
Cause that's what I did, but don't make the mistake I did of grinding the flares off the bottom of the lines that's connected to the valve body. But yeah, I don't know about you, but I have 3 holes in my valve body, not two so I had to go with a slightly different "Real Time" setup.
Also, I think ATF was used in place of power steering fluid cause it was a dark red. So should I just empty that stuff out and put in Honda PS fluid?
Sorry for the question, I just want to know more myself.
