Power Steering rack for 93-95 Civic Coupe DX
I have about 185,000+ miles on the chassis. And my steering is getting a little too bumpy when going on uneven roads.
I've already changed the tires, tie rods (both), shocks and lowering springs (currently on Eibach sportlines).
The steering jerks over slow speed on the smallest bumps.
Will 94-01 Acura Integra power steering racks work w/ the 93-95 Honda Civic coupe DX? If so, what is needed and what parts must be bought or swapped out to work? And what are the benefits of using the Acura Integra power steering rack vs. the Honda Civic rack.
Thanks in advance,
Jon

The eg/ej/eh/dc steering racks are 100% compatible. You'll need the power steering pump with bracket, power steering lines, and the power steering rack. That'll be pretty much plug and play, but you're going to have to remove your shiftlinkage to be able to change out the racks; good luck with that!

awesome, how about needing the integra u joint that connects the steering column to the rack? Do i have to use a Civic one or Integra one?
Also, my power steering rack currently on my civic is starting to squeak! Helppp!

Re: Power Steering rack for 93-95 Civic Coupe DX (EJ2-Fluffy)
an update to this - Ive gotten a full suspension alignment twice over a period of 3 months, replaced inner and outer tie rods, checked all suspension bolts.
Even got my wheels balanced, and still I am having a problem of controlling the car over a bumpy road.
Ack i dunno whats wrong
