Default Power Steering Loop help...

Hello. I bought a delly with a b16a and when i got it the guy ripped out the p.s. Ive read that you could cause damage to your steering rack if you dont loop your hoses. Could some one tell me what ones im supposed to loop? ive been driving like this for about a year now and im just wondering the process on how to do this

Thank you
Jamie

There should be 3 lines coming out corret? Plug one, and simply loop the other 2 using somesort of hose/line, and fittings.

not sure if it matters, but i've always been told to loop the rightmost 2, and just plug the leftmost one. D-series flywheel bolts have the same thread size and pitch as the leftmost hole, so you can just put some sealant on the thread bolts and screw it right in!

Taken from https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-civic-del-sol-1992-2000-1/power-steering-reservoir-keep-remove-1682381/ "Loop the power steering gearbox with a short hose at the two connections coming from the pump. Then splice a "T" junction into one of the gearbox fluid hard lines. Turn the wheel back & fourth to pump the extra "pressurized" fluid out (about half remains as lubricant inside). Finally, run a hose from the new T, to the empty P/S fluid reservoir. The reservoir then acts as a breather to allow pressurized air to escape from the gearbox radically reducing the effort required to turn the steering wheel...

This how Real-Time racing ran the gearbox's on their Integra race cars...

stealthmode makes a kit for it, i use to have one, and then you just use a honda cbr reservoir, and plug the bigger hole. Its a nice clean kit, but i switched to a manual rack
