Power steering installation?
A friend of mine has a 95 civic DX with no power steering. Can I take the power steering out of a junk yard civic and install it in hers? If so, what years/models will work and how can I do it?

if it was originally equipped with power steering, then just get all of the lines and brackets and you'll be set. If it wasn't equipped, you'll have to swap racks

i believe all PS parts from a 92-95 civic will bolt on.
I did it on the wife's 93 Hatch.
Pump with bracket
power rack
lines
resvoir
lower pulley
There's a cooler located in front of the radiator, I bypassed it and didn't use it.
Make sure you get the bracket and bolts for the power rack. You'll have to make a small modification to the right side rack bracket.
Otherwise it's a bolt on job. Wife likes driving the car more.
