Default Power Steering Delete? Help!

Good day fellas. I recently discovered the hard way that, the 95 ex I purchased, had a power steering alteration.Through research I've seen it's a looped setup with the hard line crimped. All the other stuff is gone. Through more research I've seen that to put a manual rack in, it requires a larger bushing by the passenger side as well as, the subframe of whatever car the rack comes off. Too make a long story longer lol, the modified power rack in my ex is leaking and gives me maybe 3 inches free play before the wheels respond. That's where I'm at now. My question to the Honda Godz are:

1) If the 95 dx coupe comes equipped with manual steering, couldn't I just get a rack from that model? Would it bolt up the same without getting in the way of the existing subframe? And would what about the bushing issue?
2) If not, then am I supposed to get a new power steering rack and, move the loop and the crimped line to the new rack? How much fluid should go back in there?

In a perfect world, I'd like to have the answer to #1 be yes. That it'll go in the same. But I dunno, so I asketh unto you! Any help is greatly appreciated thank you.
