my friend has a b18c swapped ek cx running chipped p30 with b16 map

when speeds get to around 80/90
its like he's slamming on the brakes hard
but he's not
its like a power cut or soemthing

can anyone explain?

21 – VTEC spool solenoid valve
23 – Knock sensor
41 – Primary oxygen sensor heater

maybe he should try and fix all the problems before he trys a top speed run, just a thought.
