Power pulleys.....are they worth it?

Power pulleys.....are they worth it?
I have recently been made an offer for brand new pulleys, both the power steering and the accessories ones for $30. Are they worth it? I forget what name brand he said they were. XKB or something like that. Opinions? Thanks
