I have the same problem with my 98 EX. Sometimes when I remove key I can hear the lock solenoids clicking over and over. I do have alarm and keyless remote. Also the drivers door is always locked. I have to lift the button while working handle to get out. Thinking I have a bad ground somewhere. P.S. I dont know how to operate alarm. Got car for free so can't complain I guess but that lock stuff is driving me insane.

Re: Power Locks- Locks itself repeatly?
In my Del Sol, the unit behind the passenger door panel(some type of relay for the power locks?) had gotten wet one day when I had the panels taken apart. When it was plugged in it repeatedly tried locking the doors. This may be similar to your problem. I just let mine dry and it was fine and not fried.
