Default power door conversion ?

I am trying to do the power door swap on a 1993 honda civic si hb, and i have the complete EX door and harness inside the door and a partial harness goin into the car, i have searched several times for a wiring diagram, and i have found nothing that is very useful, and i have been to the jackmoves site and it really doesn't help with the wiring, can someone shead some light on this for me. thankx

More information. Do you have the actual plugs that connect into the fuse box. The two green plugs, blue plug, as well as the power window relay.

****, I'll take your manual stuff. ******* power windows are all worn out. Driver side stops going halfway up, and just the other day it stopped going all the way up, just clicks. So now I have to slide up the window and then push the button.
