Default Power difference between jdm b16a and usdm b16a3

I'm swapping my b16a3 block out for a jdm b16a, is there any power difference between the blocks, or does the extra 8-10 jdm horsepower come in in the head? pistons seem to be the same, only real difference i can see is what appears to be an oil cooler between the oil filter and block.Any feedback is much appreciated.

The power gain is all in the pistons. I don't know why you're doing a block swap to another 1.6L, but whetever make you wet .
