Default Power Converion Parts?

What parts are needed to convert manual locks/windows to power? I know that you need: everything inside the doors, switches, floor harness, and door panels. Do you also need the dash harness(the one that connects to the cluster)? Please help and thank you!!!

I have an hx.....actually 2(one is parting out) I am just trying to make sure that the person that buys this from me gets everything they need to prevent themselves the hassle of finding random parts. I already have power in my hx.
