Default Possibly bad wheel bearing??

I've got a 99 civic and I've got a rear disk conversion. I've replaced the Lr wheel earring before since when I swapped it 1500 miles ago it was bad. But now I'm getting a roar from the rear between 60 and 75 but its on and off every few seconds. Could it be signs of a bearing starting to go out? It has new tires on the rear and I did the alignment with the trailing arm swap
