possible odd pad wear?
I was checking out my brake pads yesterday while working on my suspension, and it looked like there was a possibility that the pad on the inside of the rotor was wearing more than the rotor on the outside of the rotor. is that possible? and if so what would cause that?

It's those two bolts you take out that have really long greased up collars.
THat's what they look like on another car.
Looks like part 13 and 14

looks like it. They are the two bolts you un-do to get your caliper off. They have a very long greased up shoulder on them. Just make sure you caliper can slide up and down on it. Also only use the special high-temp grease for it.
