Default possible clutch or tranny problems

ok so i was driving around tonight for all most an hour and i noticed when i was stopped at a red light i went to put it in first and it was hard and when it went in kinda clanked i guess you could call it. and every now and then when i would release the clutch it would stick for a second or two. and going into reverse i had to try probably almost 7 times. and everytime i would try i was at a complete stop and i would put it in another gear then try reverse. would this be a problem with the clutch not engaging woth a **** or is my tranny getting shitty? i havent ever changed tranny fluid would that help? and plus i have a dc sports short throw shifter which i hate. i havent saved enough money up for a skunk2 yet. the dc sports rattles like a bitch and it will barely fit in the shift linkage at the bottom. i put poly urethane bushings one night when i was drunk and did manage to forget the lube would that cause problems?

Sounds like oneof the springs in the clutch face has gotten out and in between the clutch and pressure plate.

the clutch i have in there is a re-manufactured one. are they pretty shitty? i could afford wut i wanted at the time so i had to go with wut i could afford. and with a spring being out i will have to basically replace the clutch or is it fixable?

Pull the trans and watch the **** fall all over the ground, after you take the pressure plate loose.
