Default is it possible?

hey guys ine of my buddys deployed recently and left his project in my garage... also a couple of days ago i "upgraded" from a 93 twin turbo rx7 to a 2000 civic si... and my buddys type r head with Jun cams is sitting in my garage... i was wondering... buahahaahha.... will it fit the b16a bottom end? if it does, what kind of results would i be expecting? and what things would i have to modify?? will my ecu be useless??? any info would be cool thanx... i would search but ur search engine is too complicated for a rotor head..
peace!

your rx7 was faster but now you have a reliable car instead of a gigantic money pit. Yes that head will fit, but if you steal it you deserve to be be to a bloody pulp.

Wow i dont think going from a TT RX7 to a SI is a upgrade, but to each their own.

And how would you feel if you were gone for a couple of months and you come back to find out your "friend" was putting miles on your head. I know i would be pissed if they didnt ask.

Yes, it fits perfectly and your stock ECU will work, but you should have some form of programmable engine management, and you should pay for the head first.

At least 50-60 horses
sorry couldnt help it,

Its tuff to say, because every car part is different.
But if it is a complete head, with cams, manifolds, etc etc.
It should be a pretty significant increase in power.
Not sure but I'd say 10-20 horses. (I dont own a b16 or c5 so dont quote me on this)

I'm actually wondering if there would be any gain at all due to the fact that the compression ratio wouldn't be changing.
