pos car runs fine not moving but after you drive it for 5 secs acts like starvng 4 gas only when ur driving it down the road and I have a fuel pressure gauge under the hood and it drops 2 zero when its acting up I think I need 2 drop my tank and clean the hell out of it its

I've swapped 3 fuel pumps in and stuck my hand through the fuel pump hole with a clean rag and wiped it out the best I could

did you clean the floor of the tank?
it doesnt have to be spotless but if you cleaned it make sure your socks ont he fuel pumps are clean
troubleshoot your problem as well
check:
injectors
fuel rail
fuel lines
fuel filter
fuel lines
pump
tank
