Default Portable Heat that works in a car's socket

Well, since no one wants to buy the engine, I was going to part it out, I'll drive it
however, my heat doesn't work.
I am not changing the heater core, it's not worh the bullshit.
Anybody know a portable heat i can buy
the reason why I need a heat is that when it gets cold, I want something that can defrost my windows
thanks

All of those small ceramic plug in types suck ***. Fix your heater and consider it done.
