Default port and polishn a ek 97 ex

whats up, does anyone know how much hp I will get out a 97 ex if I do a 100%port and polish on my engine?? will the rev. limit change?

Not much power if your engine is close to stock or stock. No, rpm limiter is controlled by your ECU.

oh I see now what do you recommend me get and install before I port and polish my engine?

A port and polish doesn't really do anything big unless you are going turbo. So you should turbo it at the same time.

It's pretty pointless on that engine in my opinion. But for it to make good synergy with the engine, I say at least, Intake, header, exhaust, cam, bigger throttle body and then get it tuned. But I'm telling you, don't come back to us crying and asking why an stock LS with a b16 tranny beat you. Whatever floats your boat.

At least 60. If you're doing a 100% job, you might even gain up to 80hp.

Yes, your ECU will automatically sense the head work and raise the fuel cut to 9500 RPM.
