Well on my buddies 93 sedan his latch to pop the hood thats in the car doesnt pop the hood caue the cable is horribly messed up, so i was wondering if there was any other way to pop the hood besides the hood latch in the car, cause i know on crx's that you can pop the hood by reaching under and moving the lever over, can you do this as well on the 92-95's.

Assuming there were a way to open the hood from outside the car, would it really be prudent to share that information on a public forum, where thieves and vandals no doubt visit?

Yes you did do that, but like i added pm me the info, and dont you think that just about everyone and there mother knows how to get into a honda, not saying ve stolen anything but have locked my keys int eh car a few times.
