A few days ago, I was reving my car like by tapping my foot on the pedal. all of a sudden, pop! Sounded like my intake made a popping sound or something. Ever since that day, i've been trying to do it again, but it doesn't work. Does anyone know what it could have been? And it won't hurt my car in the long run will it?

Maby your engine backfired into the intake manifold. I dunno if it will damage the sensors on a honda but I know it can ruin a carburator on a v8.

it is called front fire if it comes from the intake. Backfire if it comes from the exhuast. Basicly your combustion went into the intake track instead of the exhaust. If the car studders at low RPMs then you head gasket could be shot, or you are running lean. Also you could just have jumped timeing. Check it all out. It can be bad.
