aright. so its more sunny than rainy where i live. i dunno whether to go for:

2800k weathervisions that won't be all that bright but will help a good amount in rain and will be safer in all types of weather
-OR-
rock the h4 osram silverstars and just drive slower and be more aware/cautious in the rain but look sexy when its dry and have the cool hyper white look. remember that they wont do that great in rain but will obviously do better in the snow since white reflects a lot

Just to help with your decision, the WeatherVisions should have similar output (in terms of lumens) to standard OEM bulbs, so I wouldn't be too concerned that they "won't be all that bright". In addition, the Osram SilverStars are not coated, so they will not produce a "cool hyper white look". They also won't perform any more poorly than the stock bulbs in inclement weather, so you won't need to use any greater caution in rainy conditions.

ah damn. ive been researching about bulbs all day, i have em all mixed up. i know they'll def be whiter than stock but just mixed up the descriptions. DAMNIT lol.

oh and when i said "won't be all that bright", i just meant compared to osram silverstars.
