polishing valve cover
 

hey can anyone list the steps to take when polishing a honda single overhead cam valve cover. its just the stock metal no paint is on it, but i want it to look shinny and i dont want to spray chrome looking paint. i want it to last also. if any one has pics of a polished not chrommed valve cover please post.
