You can daily drive on it just fine with no problems. Just don't rev it up to where VTEC normally kicks in b/c there won't be any.

I'm using one on my JDM D15B VTEC because of a recent smog renewal. No problems here, but it is slower due to the maps and non-VTEC ECU. Good for temporary use, but the proper computer for the proper engine should be your end goal.
