Default Plugging Coolant Line Going into Intake Manifold/Head?

I was wondering if it would be ok to plug the Coolant line that goes into intake manifold that goes through the head?

The reason I ask this is cause I been burning coolant pretty bad, Its only in cylinder 4. I have changed the head gasket & intake manifold gasket, Head has been resurfaced. I pinched off the line to see if thats where the problem could be & car stopped smoking. There is no antifreeze in the oil.

The motor is jdm d15b.

yah just unhook the hose and use a T fitting to recirculate it back into the system.
