Plugging a/c line leak.
I put my a/c compressor back on today and i had a few problems with it..
One of them being the 2 top bolts on the block that connect to the a/c bracket are stripped. But oh well about that one for now.
The other is my low pressure a/c line has a tiny hole in it. and i see refrigerant coming out. the whole system is de pressurized within a few hours.
So do you guys know of any ghetto way to plug it up?
I tried this supposed to be extra tuff tape that plugs leaks up to 200 psi and 500 degree temps.. but its not working so far.. im thinking maybe some glue or something.. but i dont know. if i dont find a cheap alternative. i will just replace the line.
just seeing if anyone else has done something similar in the past.
