Get 205/50-15, it is the perfect size for a 15x7 wheel.
Most people running 15" wheels on a Civic here are using 15x6 or 15x6.5, so the tire is squeezed a bit - thats why it would look "lumpy." A 15x7 would keep the 205's sidewalls straight, instead of bowed like with the narrower wheels.
+38 offset is okay, but +40 or +42 might be more preferable.

are you sure? because i know 205's on a eg will rub if you don't get a camber kit. does the azenis sidewall affect the rim at all? i want to slam the crap out of it with 205's...can anyone post pics please?

I've run both 205/50 Azenis (which are actually 219mm wide) and 205/50 Kumho Ecstas on both my stock-height G6 Civic and stock-height G5 Civic with 15x6 wheels on each and never ever had a rubbing problem, even in autocross use. 205 is the perfect size for a 15x7 wheel, 195s are too narrow for a 7 inch wheel and using smaller tires is a half-*** band-aid fix anyway.
If you want to "slam the crap out of it," then you probably don't care about any sort of performance anyway, so just do what you want to do. But just to let you know, if you want Azenis, you really don't have a choice since they only come in one 15" size - 205/50.
BTW, with a +38 offset and slammed on 205/50 Azenis, I guarantee you will rub more with a camber kit than without it.
Bump for you.
