Almost sounds like a valve adjustment is needed, but it was hard to hear in that vid. G/L with it though.

Maybe its just ME but every time I happen to stumble upon a Bxx engine idling they always sound like they need a valve adjustment. That engine is LOUD!! Sounds like a diesel... But this doesnt mean I don't want your engine

Alright guys, here's an updated video after I ran it on the freeway at about 75mph 5krpm max. Restarted and started a couple different times. Everything sound ok?

Oh, and when I accelerate and climb rpm's quickly, I feel vibration through the steering column and hear clicking. It also happens when I turn right, no so much turning left. Any ideas as to what this maybe? I think it's an axle issue. Thoughts or suggestions?

i don't really know about your engine, but that clicking noise when you turn right could just be that your passenger side cv boot is cracked, at least it made that clicking noise wheneven i turned right...

It actually doesn't sound that bad in person. I think i'm more concerned about that clicking than anything else. If the motor goes to ****, go well lesson learned.

Oh BTW, it's a built motor with cp pistons and eagle rods. Rod bearings are oem and main bearings are ACL. I measured the clearances and they were all within spec. I also drained the oil to check for metal shavings and there wernt any.
