OK, CALM DOWN. NO NEED TO SHOUT.

I suggest you repost with a title that at least provides a hint of your problem for better replies. Maybe something like "How to fix stiff auto shifter button?"

Just guessing here, but the auto trans has a shift interlock as I understand. Meaning your foot has to be on the brake before you can shift. Although this shouldn't prevent you from depressing the button, maybe something is mucked up. Is it dificult to depress in any gear? If so, the mechanical action may be messed up by dirt or broken/bent parts.

Yes it is on EVERY gear, no matter what. Should I take it all apart and clean it out? If so with what? Should I just spray some w-d40 or something in there??

Take the shift **** off, Its one philips head screw.
Inside is a spring. Check to see if its binding anywhere.
