Re: Please hrlp, anyone with JDM long armrest from civic ((hybridhatch92))
good luck........I looked for a decent one at a reasonable
price for months, then I found the regular black one for 20$,
so I just went with that....meh.....it did its job.

Except a regular one won't hold a CD changer, which is what I am hoping to do.
Anyone have these specs?

No way a 12-disc changer will fit. A slim 6-disc changer will. I can fit my Alpine S634 6-disc CD/MP3 changer (10" x 6.5" x 2.5") into there just fine with room to spare.

Add about another 2" to the 7" depth when the cover is closed.</TD></TR></TABLE>
How sure are you about these dimensions? I had another member IM me and tell me they were 11x6.5x2.75.
If they are the latter, then yes too small for even most 6 disc changers.
If your dimensions are correct, however, the pioneer 12 disc unit would only be about a 1/4 inch too tall (3.75" for the 3.5" space). That might be worth some working to get it to fit.
Thanks
Josh

How sure? When I posted those measurements, I took a tape measure and measured the same armrest that is pictured above at the same time. Then right after that, I dropped my Alpine S634 changer into it (after taking measurements of the changer with the same measuring tape).
