Ok so I have a 1996 Civic EX with a b16a2 swap....

Now I know my motor mounts are preety worn but not to the extent of whats going on now.

I replaced my right front wheel bearing a couple months ago cause it was going bad... Fixed the issue.

Now I started getting this thumping/groaning sound near the tire area I swear it was coming from the left side... So I jacked it up and wheel had play so I bought a new wheel bearing and when I took it to get pressed out and in I saw the lower ball joint shot so I bought a new one.

Then I got that installed, wheel play was gone.

However I still have the thumping sound and it seems to get faster as I accelerate. At slow speed like turning and such I don't hear anything.

Then today im driving to the store and I feel the car like jerking back and forth really hard a couple times and I was driving normal. It freaked me out.

What can it be? Im preety sure its not the wheel bearing.

What other things can be bad? The left, front side looks fine all bushings look good. I havn't checked the left side since I changed the bearing so hopefully its something small like a ball joint.

Any ideas guys?

tie rods. check all the boots, ie upr and lowr ball joints, tie rods, axles.
try to wiggle the tie rod.
civic tie rods are notorious to suk

ROFL I guess when I rotated my tires I forgot to tighten the lug nuts all the way on one tire..... Thank god I found out before the tire fell off..
