Please help, power problem!
Ive been helping a buddy with a B20 swap into a 93 hatch. The motor has been converted to obd1 and everything has been setup for a plug and play installation. We are having a problem with the electric system. When the battery ground is in place and we go to connect the positive to the battery, it start shooting sparks and burning the terminal. We have checked and double checked all related grounds. We even changed to a new fuse box.
Any suggestions why this might be happening? Also when we force the positive onto the terminal, the car has no power. (brand new battery)
any input is greatly appreciated.
