Please Help with Nitrous Question!!
Ok, I just put a NX Wet kit on my 98 Civic EX. And well, I'm runnin a 50 shot now, and it's doin just FINE. But me being a newbie, i wanted to get some help from someone that knows more about it than me.
So HOW much could i run? I've got jets for a 65 shot, 75 shot, and all the way up to 175. (It was a ford kitm, but i KNOW not to run over 75.) So I just wanna know if i could run the 65 shot. I haven't retarded my timing yet, and have been told i'll need to if i go above 50.
My Civic is a NON-vtec SOHC d16, so would anyone say i could handle maybe a 65 shot?
Also, I've been lookin at bottle heaters, and the cheapest i've found for a NX brand heater was $199.99, but there's TWO diff. types. One says (D-6) out beside it, and the other (D4). So WHICH one do i need? Plus, if anyone knows a better place to get a NX one for cheaper , PLEASE let me know.
Appreciate it everyone!

any brand bottle warmer will work,..so find the cheapest,....and get that one,..unless you have your heart set on the NX warmer,...as for what jet you can run,..well i ran a 75 shot on my lsvtec for a good year because i took the head off and down jetted to a 55 shot,...you can go up to 75 but i wouldnt really suggest it,..a 65 shot should be safe
