b18a1 sawp in 94 civic coupe P28 HELP ecu chip//tuning where to find
someone told me i need the 94 95 gsr dizzy for my b18a1 to work in my 94 civic coupe with a p28 wire harness. im looking for that dizzy and going to buy from anyone that has it.. asap. and i need to make sure that is the right year intrgra. so i can buy it.. thanks

whoever told you that is a dumbass.
you need a b18a/b18b dizzy that's OBD 1
OBD 1 b18a dizzy is from a 1992-1993 integra
OBD 1 b18b dizzy is from a 1994-1995 integra.
Your car will run wit ha 94-95 gsr dizzy but it wont run properly without the correct distributor.
Also you will need the proper PR4 and P74 ECU for the engine to run properly with the correct maps and A/F...unless you are taking the p28 and getting it chipped
you need a b18a/b18b dizzy that's OBD 1

OBD 1 b18b dizzy is from a 1994-1995 integra.

hmm thats what i heard first that i neded a 93 dizzy for the car to run right..lol .. well if i need to chip my p28 for my car to run right i will.. do you know of any good people out there i can send it to.. and another thing i order skunk 2 intake manifold too cause the stock b18a1 one was not going to work right cause i could not hook up the throttle body cable. so i got a skunk 2 one that they said something like b18a to b one. all i know is they said it would hook up right with my p28. please if anyone elsa could tell me what elsa i might need to do to get my motor running right please let me know

Check out http://www.hyperducktunning.com , Adrian has some good information on his site. You can take your p28 and have it chipped and then you can get a program for the b18b for the car to run properly.

You have a 1994 civic coupe? go to the auto wreckers and get ANY acura integra 1990-2000 throttle cable and it will work.
I just put in a b18b into my car and the stock d-series throttle cable was short so i went and got a 91 integra throttle cable.
You don't need to get a skunk2 manifold to make it work, it will be MUCH cheaper to get the throttle cable(10-20 bucks MAX) rather then buying a 150+ intake manifold.

skunk2 said something like b18a to b will hook up to your p28? that doesn't make sense...
the p28 is the ECU for the car
skunk2 sells intake manifolds.
Just get the throttle cable, and ECU chipped and it will run fine

skunk2 said something like b18a to b will hook up to your p28? that doesn't make sense...
the p28 is the ECU for the car
skunk2 sells intake manifolds.
Just get the throttle cable, and ECU chipped and it will run fine

k thanks man i will get the chip done here in a bit.. and another thiing my throttle cable hook up to my trottle body its the just bracket for it was not working right. i think it was broken or some thing.. you know how the d series one work.. i could figure out how the b18a1 intake manifold bracket . was going to work.. i dont know.. hope fully with this new skunk 2 i get a bracket with it and it will help me figure it out.

does anyone know someone in the texas area // houston /austin where i can this this chip and b18b tuning done to my ecu so my motor will run right
