I have a 1993 Eg hatch. b18a1 ls vtec built and boosted, with an ebay t3t4 turbonetics turbo. i bought it that way so i dont exactly know what is in it yet. it idled at around 2500rpms when i first turned it on, and when it warmed up it went back down to around 850rpms. a guy decided to change my idle for me.. and now it lopes really weird.. and its been fouling plugs and running off 2 cylenders.. i have gotten a whole new ignition and plugs to kind of trouble shoot my problem but am stuck between it being my ECU, a wiring problem, or some random thing i have no clue about.!!!

i went to a shop in Kent Wa called "intec" and they guys there told me to adjust my timing to 16 degrees TDC, and adjust my TPS to .5 volts closed and 4.5 volts open... but i do not know how to do this..

Please if anyone has any ideas please help... i miss my car!
