How long has this been happening? Have you done anything recently to your tranny?

Before this whole thing happen I changed the tranny fluid and filled it with honda fuild 2.2 qt like the manual said. I was in the garage yesterday and the car was in 1st gear and i forgot to put in back in neutral and it stall when i relaese the clutch pedal. After that i get this whole problem with it wont go into gears anymore

Sounds like a broken CV (axle) shaft.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking.

Either that or he snapped something like the countershaft or gearshaft..but I doubt he wouldn't hear massive grinding sounds if that happened.

Make sure the axles are in all the way and aren't broken.

Good to hear you fixed the problem, I knew it was either a broken CV or the shaft wasn't compltely in.
