Default Please help me with my overheating problem

Guys this is about my overheating problem. Ive already checked my radiator and my radiator works fine, the fan is still good.I checked the water pump and it is in perfect shape. i already removed the thermostat valve believing its of no use especially here in a tropical country. the fan belt is ok, But still i'm always experiencing overheating. the only problem i'm seeing which is not so normal is whenever i start the engine with the radiator cap removed, water gushes out. what do you think is the cause of that? I have been to different autoshops, and their mechanics are saying the same thing.I' need to do TOP OVERHAUL I must change the cylinder head gasket cover, i was also asked to buy valve seal and i also have to do this HYDROtest. how can youi say or on what basis can we say that their quotation is right. they also said that i may replace my piston rings to maximize the job upon opening the engine. my car is an lxi'96 with a d16yz engine.

thanks.. i really think you could help me with this

remove your radiator cap and start your car. if you see the coolant bubbling then you probably do need a head gasket.
