Boost 1500 pounds and then buy another D series with your left over turbo money.

with that many miles, i would swap first then turbo. if you start putting power to that engine it will blow quickly.

high probability of alot of people saying B series swap and turbo.

That's your best bet. With 4,000 you won't be getting a decent swap and then have enough left over to boost. Boosting a D series won't get you as much hp as a B but it's still fun and has plenty of potential.

Oh and do you even know what whp and (b)hp mean? And I can't stand it when people say I want to get like 5 million hp. YOU NEED TORQUE TO GET THOSE HORSES MOVING! People need to worry about how much torque they are going to make as much as how much hp.

"My car puts 500 hp to the wheels, so my dick is HUGE!" "Yeah, well my car puts 500 more ft/lbs of torque than your's so lets see that dick when I beat the **** outta you off the line and then you can't catch up."

256K miles??? You cant turbo that.. well you can but it will probably blow really soon. Also I wanted to mention when I was reading your post it reminded me of a 12 year old writing it. How old are you.

The first thing you can do is change the title of this thread.

Help me, I need advise, L@@k here. All of these titles **** me off. Makes things harder to search for later and doesn't tell me anything about the thread. Fuckn' kids.

With 4k, just do whatever you want. You really are within the budget of a swap and turbo. Depends on what you can do yourself I gues.

IMHO, I think you need to do a bit more research into what you want to do with your car, and plan from there. Saying "I want a lot of whp" isn't really going to help you figure out what you want to do. As for that motor, I wouldn't bring any FI near it without either a rebuild or a swap. Quite frankly, the swap/boost option will give you less headache and will probably be more efficient for giving you your desired power gains.

P.S.: Check out the Hybrid and FI forums to get a general idea of what you're getting into. And don't forget that search is your friend.
