Default Please HELP!!! I have an issue!!!

Ok so i have been putting a 95 EX back together the last couple of weeks and we are near the end. Well when i hook up the battery some dash lights come on even though the key is not in the ignition or anything. Once i do put the key in the ignition and turn it to accessory the light brighten, then i take the key out and they never turn off. Could some one please give me some advice to why that would happen please?

Thanks.

you have a short somewhere in the wiring that is supplying voltage to the lights constant and then when you turn the key on the original voltage supply comes on and makes it brighter. track down the short and you should fix your problem

Which specific dash lights are staying ON? Which ones are not? Are your taillights and parking lights also staying ON?

Everything else is off as normal. It is my ebrake light and my abs lights that are on, and i am thinking that they somehow tie into eachother since they both have to do with brakes. But i have no idea where to start. And dont really want to take it somewhere and pay someone for it.

I think you may have a short circuit within the ABS control module.
