Default Please help on ECU of Civic'98EX and '99SI

Hi guys, I'm new here and I'm in the process of swapping in a B16a2 to my 98EX but I have trouble with the ECU that came with the changeover. They're not compatible. What is the best way to go? Replace the ECU to a right one? Or, Is there a harness to replace that I need for all these mess? Thanks to all the ppl who give response to this!!

I believe you'll need an OBD2a<->OBD2b conversion harness.
