Default Please Help with code 91

I could use any help that I can get. I have a 97 civic ex coupe and did a auto to manual swap and have have had the code ever since. The swap I did was an auto d16y8 to manual d16y8. I have a manual ecu P2P from a manual car. I cannot fix this problem and have read many posts from here about adding a resistor. I really would rather avoid this and find the main cause of the problem. I will take any help that I can get. If anyone that found a full proof cure to this problem please let me know.
