Default PLEASE HELP Auto to Stick Engine wont start single cam vtec to GSR

I have a 99 EX honda civic and I just did a sex change to it. I put a 97 GSR motor into it and used the stock 99 EX single cam auto vtec engine harness. I tried to start the car and it wont start up. Is the engine harness the same as the the b-series harness or do you have to make some changes to it? Also I notice a difference to the throttle body because there are 3 plugs instead of two. So I used the stock 99 EX throttle body to see if the motor starts up. The motor has spark and fuel but just does not start. Any help would be grateful. Thanks.

If you have fuel and fire, check your spark plugs are in the right order. Looking from the passenger fender, they should be like this

34
12

Looking from the front of the car, nearest the distributor is 4 and nearest the timing cover is 1 So, looking at it from the front, like this

4 3 2 1

Verify firing order is correct.

Checked that last night as well and everything seems to be in the right order. Spark plugs are brand new as well.

Looks like we found the problem. Just needed to cover the plug on top of the intake manifold. Thanks for all the help. Just so everyone knows for future reference that you can use a auto 99 EX engine harness for a b series stick motor swap with minor mods.
