Just finished and obd1 gsr swap into my 93 cx , wired everything and it started right up but it idles fine but when you go to give it gas when you get passed 2000 it bounces sounds the same as when a car idles with a bad IAC valve. Throwing no codes, the gsr is a fuily built NA set up with a type throttle cable, skunk 2 intake mani and throttle body im not sure if it has to do with the throttle cable or what. also my VSS isnt working but im not throwing a code/?? any help would be appricated

forgot to mention im running the gsr ecu with hondata which was previously tuned for this motor and the knock sensor is disabled

What do you consider a "fully built" motor? If its truely fully built then this should be on a dyno and not at your house running. Doesnt matter if you had a previous tune or not.

)USDM B18C1 bored .20 over with JE 12.5:1 pistons Carillo Rods with ARP rod bolts, Block guard, Cometic head gasket, balanced and blue printed crank, new ACL race bearings all around, ENDYN P&P PR3 b16 Head & 3 Angle Valve Job with Skunk2 valves/springs/retainers/valve seals & Skunk2 Stage II cams, with a Skunk2 Intake manifold port matched to the head and to the 68mm Skunk2 Throttle Body, RC 370cc Injectors, BDL Fuel Rail and BDL Oil seal, Skunk2 Cam gears produced 203whp on 93octane without adjusting cam gears(I didnt have my cam cover on when dyno'd and would have gotten another 8-10 at the wheels so it should be about 210-212 range) with Vtec kicking in at 5600rpms and redline at 9200(It pulled hard to 9200 but we planed on re-dynoing and taking the RPMs to about 9600-9800 range when the timing was adjusted at the cam gears) Also that dyno pull was at 86º with power steering and ac!!!!Also incuded is NGK blue wires, NGK iradium plugs. And lasty is the GSR tranny Y80 with Type R Diff and LSD. Exedy 6puck unsprung race clutch and Fidanza flywheel, also a Type R oil pump with Toda gear, and a Greddy Blue timing belt and lastly a Moroso oil pan

the motor was in my friends gsr but he wrecked it the tune should be the same

Well if everything was 100% in his car and all you did was take it out and put it in yours and didnt change anything, shouldnt it be 100%. Check your wiring, and datalog and see whats going on.
