If the slave cylinder is properly actuating the clutch release fork, the only option you have is to pull the tranny and go through the clutch.

You need to check those items. If it goes into gear with the car off, the hydraulic system has failed, or the clutch has a mechanical failure. The transmission should be good.

#1 You can find the Helms manual for your car in .pdf fromat on the internet. This is the first thing you need before you go troubleshooting.
#2 If you didn't purchase a new clutch, or bought a cheap one, it was probably junk from day one. The squeaking is usually caused by the release (throwout) bearing.
