I have a 95 del sol si and my transmission started going out. So I got offered a tranny, clutch, and flywheel for 150 bucks. so i took it. i stuck all of them in my trunk and took it to a shop. they said it was the wrong tranny. it was from a crx or something with a cable clutch. So i contacted a buddy and he hooked me up with a cheap tranny. he didnt know how many miles were on it but he said it worked perfectly. so i took out the tranny from my trunk and replaced it with the right one. I took it to a shop and the next day i went to pick it up. they had put the tranny and flywheel in but said the clutch wouldnt work. So i left for cali. something was way wrong and after a while it would grind into second gear.

so i got to the shop in cali and they had used a bolt instead of the pin for my shift linkage, i replaced it with the right one. they had also not clipped in my drivers side cv axle. so i replaced the cv axle. I drove it again and the pedal would drop after about an hour of drivin. so i replaced my clutch master and slave cylinders. everything felt great!. until today.... we started our trek back home and after bout an hour it started grinding again. and the clutch also felt like it was slipping after a stop light. The clutch isnt that old so my guess is, the flywheel was the wrong one. Other than that, I have NO clue wats going on. it only happens when it gets hot. please help!!
