use the b16 axles/halfshafts, use the b16 harness, and you'll have to wire up vtec seperately. Heres the ecu pin-out

u can use 94 up acura integra half shat and axles.. pm me if u have any more quesitons and u need to get the new mounts. i suggest u go with hasport mount b16a into eg mounts. cause there are two studs on the driver side mount bracket.
and u need to get a del sol vtec throttle cable bracket and acura integra 94 up LS model throttle cable.

Re: (hondatuner020)
You can use any b-series just about i think (idk bout b20 ludes, doubt it), i would use the b16 harness b/c of the knock sensor/vtec wiring, it'll be nice and neat on the b16 harness, the civic this is going into does not have those, but you'll still have to wire to the ecu.

Re: (hondatuner020)
everything they told you is correct.
and yes every thing will plug right in. The wiring for the vtec and nock are simple. i belive the knock is one wire ( sorry didnt have it) and vtec is two wires
