Re: Pictures WANTED: EG bras? (dividedas1)
Been there done that, still have the OEM bra in the basement. Hey want to buy it, they're great. I'll even look for the bag it came in. Paid $109.00 back in 1992. I'll bet you can't buy one anymore. That makes mine worth a ton of money but because your a fellow H-T'er I'll make you a one time good price, but you have to buy it today.
Don't do it man...the stones get under it and tare up the paint.

wtf are driving through? i have not had any stones under mine on either my EF nor my EG in 2yrs since they have been sporting them.
i also always remove it when washing or parked outside for more than a few days. i always clean it thoroughly by air nozzle or washing it.

not a bad idea to keep it clean, how ever does your paint look two-toned? if the sun never sees the paint under the bra its gonna stay "brighter" while the rest of the paint ages as it will.

i just dont think they look good....it may have some "purpose" but i wouldnt take that over appearance and a 2 tone paint job after a year or so with paint fade and all

Hey Im surprised no one has brought up 3M Paint protection, it might be a equal to the cost of a bra or a lil bit more, but i mean you can barely tell its on your hood, and it looks awesome for years, it covers up swirls and minor scratches, just research a good place to get it done, i work at a shop and i mean, we are the best in western canada, make sure you do your homework on it, but its a FAR FAR better idea than a bra!!!!

+1 on the 3m paint protection you cant even tell really unless you look close and see the line where it stops plus they usually install it on your bumber as well
