Pics of my hatch
I know you want something tech, here it is: How many of you are using 205's in the front and 195's in the rear? Is it better or what?

Re: (Infamous_Imports)
That looks like that civic that was in super street a while back, with an h22 swap and turbo.
It said the car made like 448 hp if I remember correctly.
Pics arent to clear.

Re: (Quick EX)
thats a good question.
there was a red crx in Sport compact car a while back that had that setup for auto x. i was always wondering what and how the benefits would be.

Yeah, that's an intercooler and it has a B18B in it. I live in Maine, so there is no way it has been in a magazine. As of close ups, not so hot. Winter destroyed the paint on the front end, once it's repainted, which should be soon, I'll post close ups for your enjoyment.

Re: Pics of my hatch (civicdxtyper)
I don't know what kind of numbers I'm getting out of my set up, but I know traction is an issue. I just ordered a quaiffe, so it will hook up much quicker. I have the Rev Hard 2C kit on my LS and it definetely bails, I would have to say that a turbo Ls is much more fun than a GSR. And for more pics, give me a liitle time and I'll have them for you.

Re: Pics of my hatch (Nothing.Special)
wow! not one flame yet about the body kit. looks good man, i dig the buddy club kit on EK hatches. some tech: if traction is an issue, how do you launch when you're at the strip? and for turbos, dont you have to launch at a high RPM so the turbo is spooled up when you take off?

Re: Pics of my hatch (deviant1)
I don't go to the strip, the hatch is only for my enjoyment. So launching isn't one of my main focuses. As for the investment, I have probably put in around 7 or 8 grand into power related stuff. The engine is stock, so it's not boosted that high, around 6 psi right now. Which leads me to ask, how much boost do you think I can run with the setup I have right now? I know it's running rich right now.

Re: Pics of my hatch (Bailhatch)
That dude is a straight up hater, he's just mad that I can take him in his girlfriends SI all day long. That's right, I said girlfriends. Plus I saw him driving that VW yesterday.

Re: Pics of my hatch (Bailhatch)
Hey Geoff, Seriously I don't think 195s in the back would help you at all. You already have snap oversteer problems now. Plus you can't rotate em.
It could be fun though, if you like sliding, you could probably just trail brake a little and let the tail come around.
Anyone seen the EF hatch in the "VTEC Magic" section of bestmotoring #5 (i think) He has the 205/195 setup and it definatly can corner well. They said it had a relatively soft setup though.

Re: Pics of my hatch (Bailhatch)
True, I don't really want it, I was just curious about it. I just thought it was a pretty cool concept. I wanted to get some feed back about it.
