Very impressive indeed.

What kind of axles are you running?

$2700 shipped? Another reason H22 beats a GSR swap.

Did you do the swap a while ago and run the car recently, because in your profile you seem to already have ran the car.

Nice work.

Why did you bother wasting your time checking out this post? It was clearly titled and there aren't really many swaps out there now that would not qualify as the everyday swap, whether people want to admit that or not. I just figure you could have saved yourself some typing and others less reading.

yeah i did the swap right in front of my house with all hand tools it wasn't that bad, and the reason my times are in my sig is because i had to wait and get the pictures developed. I don't have a digital camera i have had it swapped for about 2 weeks now and i love it the car feels alot smother and it has alot more power i have already played around with a few mustangs on my way home from work and left them wondering what the hell that was right now i still need to get my fluidine radiator and i am waiting for my walbro fuel pump in the mail right now i am useing raxles axles and i haven't had any problems yet

yes the handleing is a little differnt but not by much i think if i had integra springs and a sway bar it would be alot better plus i am rolling on 14" steelies i have not put my rims on yet but i think it will handle a little better with some good tires and i plan on doing the itr 5 lug conversion and i want to get front and rear sway bars too

i belive shipping was 288 to a residential address he said he could do 200 to the nearest terminal but that was 150 miles away

Thanks a lot man, I am "hopefully" going to do the same into my hatch over the summer. You should handle A-LOT better when you get those sway bars in. I think Progress makes a good sway bar kit for the front and rear. A friend of mine did the H22 in his hatch and he put the sway bars in and said it handled better than his GSR Swap. Just a little suggestion though... Have fun

Very nice. I plan to maybe get rid of my hatch and do an h22 into a sedan in a year or 2 and the fact that you did it yourself on your first try at a swap gives me some confidence.

yeah the swap was alot of fun and it is pretty cool sayin you did it your self and also you know alot more stuff about the car when you do a swap it took 4 hours to pull the motor because we had to keep going to the auto parts store to buy sockets that i didn't have, it took a day to prep the engine bay

and i started putting the motor in on saturday at about 6pm and it started open header at 3:45am and i finished the shifter and wiring on sunday and the times in my saig are with the new motor it was my first time at the track and i spun half track and my 60' times were2.9 i am going on fri and i am hopeing to get into low 14's my goal is 14.2 i think i can do it with som experience and some drag radials
