Pics of 96-00 Civic power window conversion
anyone have pics of the parts that i would need in order to do the conversion? a description or names of it would be great. i noe that i need the door panels, switches, handles, wire harness, and wut else?? any help would be good.

DEPENDS ON HOW YOU WANT TO DO IT, do you want it ghetto, or do you want it stock looking? and what car is this for?

The easiest way, but more expensive way, would be to buy complete doors with the stock power windows already in them. Then you would need a power window floor harness.
Also, 96-98 is OBD2a and 99-00 is OBD2b so wiring is prabably different, so make sure you buy for your year civic.

well, of course not ghetto but not a totally professional job is needed. this is for a 96 civic hatch.

What exactly would be the "ghetto" way? I did the SPAL conversion, and i think it's quite professional. OEM is not always teh best thing for everybody.

Ill have the install pics for my 96 hatch as soon as my passenger switch comes in (mabe today). it wont include the door panel swap but thats pretty self explanitory.

Ok I got the switch last night. I wont have time to do the install and document it now untill sunday. Expect a link with pictures and step by step on sunday.

Yeah unfortunately this is the only place that has this conversation going on I went on YouTube but there's just nonsense on there and I figured if this guy figured it out but it looks like the thread was so old Honda tech remove the pictures
