Re: (hatch-E-vanish)
ok on the first pic you can see the conversion harness, thats the obd2b to obd1 conversio harness,
but in the second you can see soo many wires that arent even hook up so do i have a plug missin or something? the car runs fine and everything the only problem is that it doesnt hit vtec, rpm's dont work nor those the miles per hour
and the cooling fan doesnt turn on..
ive heard that you have to re-pin the green plug does anyone know how to do this help me please
ps the car is 97 hatch and i put a bseries swap and i used a 99-00 si harness

great thanks that solves that problem. i thought theres was i mean all thoise wires that dont go any where. but why doesnt my tach or speedometer work?
i heard you have to repin that green plug that controls the interior harness

I dont have a link to the diagram but you can search for it. Just make sure the harness hasnt been mangled with and that wires are the right color and where they should be.

on my 00 civic (obd2b to obd1) there is 3 connectors that are plugged up to the harness... not counting the green one, which if for the gauge cluster...

If you had a diagram then you could see what needed to be done. Since I don't have one, I can't help you. I have always used the 96-98 EX harness on the 96-98 cars and the 99-00 Si on the 99 up models. It keeps everything simple and plug and play.
